Registration
Registration fees below are for the three-day annual meeting, June 4-6, 2019 with an opening informal gathering on June 3rd and an off-site social June 5th. You must register by May 3, 2019 to avoid paying a $50 late fee.
AEES Member Registration – $350
Fees go up by $50 if registering after May 3, 2019
Non-AEES Member Registration – $400
Fees go up by $50 if registering after May 3, 2019
AEES Students – $125
Non-AEES Students – $150
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and checks for payment of your registration fees. Checks should be payable to NCSU – BAE. In the memo line, please write the name and date of the meeting and the name(s) of the attendee(s) or print and include a copy of the registration confirmation for each attendee.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to bae_training@ncsu.edu. Cancellation requests made on or before Friday, May 3, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received between Saturday, May 4, 2019 and Friday, May 17, 2019 will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50. Registration cancellation requests received after Friday, May 17, 2019 will be ineligible for refund. Sponsor registration cancellation requests received on or after Friday, May 17, 2019 will receive a 50% refund.
Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time. Please send an email to bae_training@ncsu.edu to request a substitution.
