What first made you interested in this field?
I was drawn to water quality issues after a blue-green algae outbreak one summer at a local lake.

What do you like most about BAE as a field or the department?
I like the collaboration that seems to just be a part of the way we do things in this department.

What is a little known or fun fact about you?
I traveled around Europe for a month with a friend before starting grad school.
