About the Workshop

Are you interested in harvesting rain water from your rooftop? Not sure what to buy or how to install a rain barrel or cistern?

Join staff from Durham Soil & Water Conservation District and North Carolina Cooperative Extension for a free rain water harvesting workshop featuring an actual installation of an above-ground cistern. During the workshop, learn more about the Community Conservation Assistance Program (CCAP) and how you can receive technical assistance and potential cost-share reimbursement for stormwater management projects (including cisterns).

This workshop is tailored to groups and individuals interested in rain water harvesting and learning more about the Community Conservation Assistance Program (CCAP).
