Roman Water Infrastructure: Aquae Vitae Webinar

Upcoming Webinar

July 22, 2022
Zoom Live Webinar
11:00 am – 12:00 pm ET

About the Webinar

Much of our current water infrastructure traces its roots to the Roman Empire. Moreover, some of the greatest monuments from antiquity that survive today are colossal aqueducts that lace the old Roman Empire. Please join the unabashed water & Roman guy, Dr. Bill Hunt, as he explores how Roman engineers planned, designed, and maintained water infrastructure including aqueducts, water delivery systems, reservoirs, and drainage. Their philosophies are compared to what we use today.
