About Level III Re-Certification
Level III Certification is valid for 3 years, ending on December 31 of the 3rd year following the examination. Re-certification for Level III requires taking the Level III-Re-certification course and passing the examination.
If you were previously certified for Level III-A or III-B, this course replaces those certifications with a new Level III certification fulfilling the requirements of both of the previous certifications.
If a star appears in the certification number column beside your name, you have passed the examination, but payment has not been received as of yet. Once registration fees have been accounted for, your certification number will be released and certificate mailed.
Certifications will be mailed within 6-8 weeks following the posting of certificate numbers.
