Registration
Registration fees below are for the three-day conference program starting at 8:00 am on Tuesday through 5:00pm on Thursday (August 14-16), including an opening social on August 13 and off-site field tours on August 15. You must register by August 1, 2018 to avoid paying a $50 late fee.
Regular Registration
$550 – Private consultants, corporations
Fees go up by $50 if registering after August 1, 2018.
Government, Non-profit and Educational Discounts
$425 – The Government, Nonprofit and Education rate is open to all employees of federal, state or local government entities, including employees of public higher education institutions and employees of nonprofit organizations.
Fees go up by $50 if registering after August 1, 2018.
Student Rate
A student rate of $225 is available but you must be a full-time student to qualify. Proof of your student status is required. When you check in for the conference, you will be asked to show a current student ID for this academic year at the registration desk.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and checks for payment of your registration fees. Checks should be payable to NCSU – BAE. In the memo line, please write the name and date of the workshop and the name(s) of the attendee(s).

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to bae_training@ncsu.edu. Cancellation requests make prior to Monday, July 2, 2018 will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received between Monday, July 2, 2018 and Wednesday, August 1, 2018 will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50. Registration cancellation requests received after Wednesday, August 1, 2018 will be ineligible for refund. Sponsor registration cancellation requests received on or after Wednesday, August 1, 2018 will receive a 50% refund.
Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time. Please send an email to bae_training@ncsu.edu to request a substitution.
