Socials
Included in the conference admission, the conference has three wonderful socials for participants to attend.
The first social is Monday evening at Pack’s Tavern. Meet other participants from the southeast region who will be at the conference with you for the rest of the week. Light hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine (with drink tickets) and music will be provided. A cash bar will also be available.
The poster presentation and exhibitors’ social takes place on Tuesday evening at the Renaissance hotel. Tour the exhibit hall and participate in the CrowdCompass App game and rack up some points towards winning prizes at the end of the conference. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks (with drink tickets) will be provided.
The last social is on Wednesday evening. After a day of field tours and adventures, join us at Smoky Park Supper Club for blue grass music from a live band, BBQ, and drinks (with drink tickets). Challenge someone to a game of corn hole or just enjoy the view.
