The NC State Biological and Agricultural Engineering Research Shop is the largest machine shop on campus. With large machine capabilities, the shop provides machining, fabrication and assembly of functional items and prototype equipment for BAE and other NC State departments.

• Electronics Shop
  • The electronic shop operates within the machine shop, assisting with projects that require electronic experience to complete. The department employs a part-time electronics technician to supplement engineering technicians and faculty requests. Students with faculty approval may ask for electronic project assistance.
