Hydrologic/Water Quality Modeling: On the Continuum from Simple to Complex 

Dr. Engel was the Department Head in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Purdue University.  He was recently named the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education in the College of Agriculture at Purdue. His research has focused primarily on water quality, drainage, sub-irrigation, surface irrigation and erosion control.
