Session Access

Accessing "meetings":	To connect to the server, click on the "join_meeting" link (not the "build_calendar_event" link.) Login using a "screen name". Your screen name will appear in the participant list. Login names are not assigned and are only in effect for the duration of the meeting.
Password:	Each meeting is password-protected. You must enter the password given for each meeting.

Example Login:	Login Name: John Participant	Enter your name.
	Password: ********	Enter the meeting password.

Start Date and Time:	08/25/2009 19:00 EDT
End Date and Time:	08/25/2009 21:00 EDT Attendee(s) may join this meeting up until this time. The meeting will remain in session until the last person leaves.
Public Meeting:	This is a public meeting and will be displayed on the public schedule page. Attendee(s) may join by using the following link: http://slms.delta.ncsu.edu:80/join_meeting.html?meetingId=1242911748332 Attendee(s) may add this meeting to their scheduling application with the following link: http://slms.delta.ncsu.edu:80/build_calendar.event?meetingId=1242911748332
Meeting Password:	asabe This is a closed meeting. Attendee(s) must use this password to join.
