Undergraduate freshmen entering this curriculum should enroll in the College of Engineering undesignated program and indicate Biological Engineering (BEU) as their curriculum choice. All students take a Common First Year of courses before entering into an engineering program. After successful completion of the engineering undesignated requirements, the student will then enter the Biological and Agricultural Engineering department (BAE).
