Report a problem or contact staff

Local governments will need to customize this Web page with the names and contact information for staff who handle stormwater issues. If you have several stormwater staff members, then briefly explain each one’s area of responsibility so that citizens can identify the most appropriate person to contact.

Providing a mechanism for reporting stormwater problems is required under Measure 3 (Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination) of your stormwater permit. The requirement is discussed in detail under Measure 3g of the How to Do Phase II Web page.
