Measure 4e: Establish public information procedures

“Establish procedures for receipt and consideration of erosion and sedimentation information submitted by the public. Publicize the procedures and contact information.  The procedures must lead directly to a site inspection or other timely follow-up action.”

As explained on the Phase II Construction home page, this BMP requirement is already being met by the state’s existing sedimentation and erosion program.
