New: LID FastTrack Certification - We are now offering the LID FASTTRACK Certification option which is the Introductory and Policy required courses combined in a rigorous three-day workshop. You can also take the Intro or Policy courses separately.
Registration Fees for 3-day FastTrack are:
$325 for private consultants seeking continuing education credits
$275 for gov't employees, nonprofits, and those not seeking continuing education credits
Real Estate agents and brokers pay $75 per workshop.
Fees include workshop materials and lunch.

LID Certification Exam
Offered online only. Please register once you have completed the prerequisites. We will confirm that you are qualified, and then send you a link with a username and password to complete the exam online. The exam is NOT open book and you will have three hours to complete it once you start the online exam.
LID Recertification
Recertification classes are now available to renew certificates for another two year duration. This class will be a 4 hour lecture. There is no exam.
