Objectives
- A knowledge of the broad range of alternative approaches to residential and commercial conservation design
- An ability to critically assess the strength and weaknesses of various design strategies
- An appreciation of multiple methods and perspectives in analyzing design problems
- An ability to analyze policy and provide viable solutions to specific parameters

Credit Hours:
Appraisers will receive four (4) continuing education credits for participating in this workshop.
Real Estate Brokers and Agents will receive four (4) continuing education credits for participating in this workshop.
Urban and Rural Planners will receive seven (7) professional development hours for participating in this workshop. AICP approved.
Engineers will receive six (6) professional development hours for participating in the class.
Landscape Architects will receive six (6) continuing education credits, approved by ASLA. Application has been submitted to NC Board of Landscape Architects; approval pending.
Other professionals will need to contact the governing body of your respective profession.

Driving Directions: From 52 North, take the NORTH Liberty Street/Airport Exit 111B. At the first stoplight, turn right onto Fairchild Road. Go 0.3 mile and turn right into the Forsyth County Agricultural Building parking lot.
From 52 South, take the 25th/28th Street exit 111A. At the stop sign, turn right onto North Liberty Street. At the 2nd stoplight turn right onto Fairchild Road. Go 0.3 mile and turn right into the Forsyth County Agricultural Building parking lot.
