Why should I join the NCISI?

The North Carolina Irrigation Society conducts educational programs of importance to its members. Your membership in the Society and participation in its functions will help ensure your awareness of the latest irrigation technology and products. Membership will also provide an opportunity for you to identify topics for upcoming programs and to actively participate in the Society's governance. Membership is on a calendar year basis and annual dues is only $10.00. If you register for the annual meeting the dues are included in the registration and Each member receives a membership roster, and notices or invitations to participate in meetings, conferences, and educational tours sponsored by the society.

Who can join the NCIS?

Membership is open to all persons having an interest
in irrigation in the state. There are two classes of membership:

Types of Membership

Active membership is available to companies, organization, and individuals interested in irrigation in North Carolina. Companies, organization, or agency can join the Society. A company, organization, or agency may have more than one active member and each active member is entitled to one vote at all meetings of the Society. Dues for all active members are $10.00 per year payable by January 31st of each year.

Honorary membership is extended to a maximum of two people per year and is approved by the membership. Honorary members have no voting privileges.
