This conference brings together 3 separate organizations into a single venue in the Philadelphia region. This has the advantage of capturing local attendees from a highly urbanized corridor (Washington DC through NYC), that can rely on rail and automobile traffic, or daily commute. Each of these conferences has a different tradition which is required to be blended to address each group's needs. The conference hotel has been chosen to be the Loews in downtown Philadelphia.
Registration will open on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 25, followed by pre-conference workshops. The three-day technical program, Monday – Wednesday, will include six concurrent tracks.

The 5th National Low Impact Development Conference (LID) is focused on bringing together the technical community to share ideas on how to build our cities while protecting our environment. The concept of LID is to simply not create the problem, and to utilize the natural environment in addressing changes to the water quality and quantity.
The 19th Annual Nonpoint Source (NPS) Monitoring Workshop is an important forum for sharing information and improving communication for controlling and monitoring NPS pollution issues and projects. By bringing together NPS monitoring and management personnel from state, federal, Tribal and municipal governments, private sector, academia, environmental groups and local watershed organizations to provide examples of lessons learned from completed NPS projects, demonstrations of new technologies and monitoring approaches, and documentation of successful application of Best Management Practices (BMPs) and Management Measures. Lessons learned and information presented at this workshop will assist local project sponsors in the implementation of GLRI funded and other watershed projects.
The purpose of the symposium is to advance the knowledge and understanding of sustainable stormwater management for those dealing in all aspects of planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations, and regulatory compliance.
Continuing Education
18 CEUs have been approved by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
10 CEUs have been approved by the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
Professional engineers may earn up to 19.0 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) by attending technical sessions and pre-conference workshops.
There are differences from state to state in continuing education requirements for professional engineering licensure. Each state licensing board has the final authority to approve courses, credits, PDHs, and other methods of earning credits in that state. We strongly recommend that individuals regularly check with their state licensing boards for specific continuing education requirements in their jurisdictions that affect professional engineering licensure and the ability to renew licensure.
