Millenium Hall

The exhibit area will be open the first two days of the conference. Poster presentations take place in the exhibit area as do all refreshment breaks and the Opening Networking Reception. A floorplan with booth numbers will be posted shortly - please check back!

The exhibit spaces will be 8'x8' draped booths consisting of 8' high backwall and 3' high siderails. A 7'x44' company ID sign is also included.

Booth furniture: is not included. Exhibitors must order tables/chairs, etc. from the order forms in Sho-Aids service kits in advance. Tables/chairs will not be provided by the hotel.

Sho-Aids Service Kits

Click here to download Service Kits from Sho-Aids. You will need your username and password. Click on the "Services" link, then click on the "Sho-Aids Inc Decorating Division" link. Input your username and password and download the pdf file provided.

Exhibitor material handling: Sho-Aids will handle all exhibitor materials. All shipments must be directed to Sho-Aids Advance Warehouse. No advance shipments will be permitted to be shipped to the Loews Hotel. Shipments must arrive at the Sho-Aids Warehouse no later than Wednesday, September 21, 2011. All information regarding shipping your exhibit materials are in the Sho-Aids service kit.

Installation & Dismantling of Exhibits

Exhibitors may set up their exhibits Sunday, Sept. 25 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 p.m. Exhibitors should plan to dismantle and pack their materials on Tuesday, Sept. 27 beginning at 4:00 p.m. (All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 8:00 p.m.)

Exhibit Space Reservations


An exhibit fee of $1500 includes an 8 X 8 draped booth space and one conference registration. Conference registrations for additional employees from the same company or organization are $200 per person.
