Skaggs Method Software - Utilizes Skaggs Method for determining the lateral impact of a roadside ditch or a borrow pit on adjacent wetland hydrology for the counties of North Carolina.

Step 1 - Register

To receive serial number and be notified of updates, enter your information below or send email directly to Brian Phillips.

Step 2- Download Software

Download here if you do not have the Microsoft .NET framework (.ZIP) (23.4MB)

Download here if you already have the Microsoft .NET framework (.MSI) (1.4MB)

Step 3- Install

Setup

If .NET framework not installed

Unzip file to directory of your choice
Run setup.exe and follow directions

If .NET framework already installed

Double click .MSI file and follow directions

How to find out if you have .NET framework

Go to Control Panel - > Add/Remove Programs
Scroll down to see if your system has listing for Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or higher
If not, download ZIP version of software
The framework will automatically install
You will not need to install the framework again and you should download the .MSI version as updates are posted

Note: Operating requirements are a PC running Windows 98 and above. All program run on the Microsoft .NET framework. See notes regarding framework above.
