The DRAINMOD window is divided into five main areas: The Menu Buttons, The Project Window, The Project Navigation Tree, The Project Buttons, and The Editor.

The Menu Buttons

DRAINMOD's general functions are accessed primarily through the Menu Buttons. It is divided according to tasks.

The Project Window

Each project will open in an independent window.

The Project Navigation Tree

The Project Navigation Tree provides access to all the components of your project, including the project settings, inputs, and various project parameters.

The Project Buttons

The Project Buttons provide access to all the various simulation options as well as viewing or graphing output files.

The Editor

The editor is where you do all your project editing work. You will spend most of your time here configuring the settings according to your project parameters.
