Tutorial: How to create a DRAINMOD soil file

 

1. Launch DRAINMOD.

 

2. Click Utilities > Create Soil File

 

 

3. Browse to search for the formatted soil file and click Open.  Soil files are required to have a .SOI extension.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Click Create to generate the DRAINMOD soil files in your DRAINMOD/Soils folder.
