If you do not see the file extensions in the explorer window, follow the below instructions.

1. Click Start > Control Panel > Folder Options.  If you do not see Folder Options, type Folder Options in to the Search box.

2. Under the View tab, uncheck 'Hide extensions for known file types'.

3. Click OK.
