Conference Registration

Registration fees below are for the two-day conference program starting at 8:00 am on Tuesday through 5:00pm on Wednesday (Oct. 16-17), including the reception scheduled for Tuesday evening. (The workshops and fieldtrips on Monday afternoon and Thursday are optional and at an additional cost.) CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ONLINE!

Regular Registration

$425 fee for private consultants, corporations
Fees go up by $50 if registering after October 8, 2012.


Government, Non-profit and Educational Discounts

$275 - The Government, Nonprofit and Education rate is open to all employees of a federal, state or local government entities, including employees of public higher education institutions and employees of nonprofit organizations.
Fees go up by $50 if registering after October 8, 2012.


Student Rate

A student rate of $150 is available but you must be a full-time student to qualify. Proof of your student status is required. There are student discounts for the optional pre-conference workshops ($25) and field tours ($25 for the urban tour, and $45 for the rural tour).


Optional Items

Pre-conference workshops: $50 - includes refreshments and workshop materials. Please click here to view a description of the pre-conference workshops. Workshops are on Monday afternoon.

Rural Tour: $85, includes lunch and transportation (Thursday, 8:00am - 3pm)
Urban Tour: $50, includes refreshments and transportation (Thursday, 8:30am - 12pm)

Sponsored Wednesday night Dinner Cruise onboard the Henrietta III - complimentary to the first 100 conference attendees who sign up, compliments of our Mayfly Sponsor, Environmental Banc & Exchange. Space is limited to 100, so sign up early! Make sure you check the box for 'Dinner Cruise Ticket' on the online registration form. You may also purchase one guest/spouse dinner ticket for $18.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Cathy Smith or Christina Shepard and received before Monday, October 1, 2012, to receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50. Cancellation requests received by NCSU after Monday, Oct. 1, will be ineligible for refund.

Substitution Policy:

Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time. Please send an email to Cathy Smith or Christina Shepard.
