The Group Rate is available until Thursday, September 13, 2012. After this cutoff date, rooms may be available at whatever the prevailing rate is at that time. The group rate applies to the dates of Oct. 15-18, if reserving by 9/13/12. If you are arriving a day early or staying a day late, you will need to make your reservations by phone - do not use the online method.

We also have a few rooms set aside for any late reservations, at a discounted rate of $104 per night plus tax. These smaller room blocks are at the Hilton Garden Inn Mayfaire and Courtyard by Marriott. These hotels are not within walking distance of the conference hotel. These rooms will only be available until October 5th, or when the block sells out, whichever comes first.
