The Conference will be held mainly in the State Ballrooms A, B, and C (see diagram below). The exhibits will be in Ballrooms D,E, and F of the State Ballroom, with Posters along the corridor.
Exhibit set up / break down schedule and instructions:
Set Up: Monday, November 15, 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Show Hours: 1pm, Monday - 5:00pm, Wednesday
Dismantle: Exhibitors may start dismantling after the last talk on Wednesday, and must be finished by 8pm that evening.

The hotel will accept packages three days prior to the event. Items being shipped for the event should be labeled as follows:

Hotel Charges: Please note the following package handling charges will apply for all packages the hotel receives:

• Under 50 pounds = $5.00
• 50 - 75 pounds - $10.00
• Over 75 pounds - $20.00
• Display Cases - $30.00
• *Pallets - $75.00
• *Crates - $150.00
*Pallets/crates larger than 1,500 pounds will not be accepted by the Hotel
In the event packages arrive to the hotel prior to the (3) day allocation, a daily charge for each package received will apply according to prices listed above.
