Conference Registration
Registration fees below are for the two-day conference program starting at 8:00 am on Tuesday through 5:00pm on Wednesday (Nov. 16-17), including the reception scheduled for Tuesday evening. Regular Registration
$425 fee for private consultants, corporations
Government, Non-profit and Educational Discounts
$275 - The Government, Nonprofit and Education rate is open to all employees of a federal, state or local government entities, including employees of public higher education institutions and employees of nonprofit organizations.
Student Rate
A student rate of $150 is available but you must be a full-time student to qualify. Proof of your student status is required. The student price for the optional fieldtrip or preconference workshop is $45.
Optional Fieldtrip or Pre-conference Workshop
$85 - transportation to field sites and refreshments are included. This tour is on Thursday morning.
$85 - includes refreshments and workshop materials. Please go to the "Agenda" link to view a description of the pre-conference workshops. These workshops are on Monday afternoon.

Payment Policy:
Registration must be paid in full and received by NCSU on or before Monday, November 1, 2010, to qualify for early registration discounts. Registrations received after Monday, Nov. 1, will require payment of the full registration fee. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks. Checks should be payable to NC State University, and mailed to:

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Cathy Smith or Christina Shepard and received before Monday, November 1, 2010, to receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50. Cancellation requests received by NCSU after Monday, Nov. 1, will be ineligible for refund.
Substitution Policy:
Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time. Please send an email to Cathy Smith or Christina Shepard.
Continuing Education Credit
11 PDHs for professional engineers are approved for the main conference (Tues - Wed) plus 3 PDHs for either the Pre-conference workshop #1 or the fieldtrip. 10 CEUs are approved for Landscape Architects by the NC Board of Landscape Architects (Course # 7490). Other professionals may appeal to their respective boards to obtain professional education credits.
