Call for Abstracts EXHIBIT BOOTH RENTAL FEES

Commercial Booth Space: $575
Includes registration fee for one representative


Government agencies, university research, nonprofit organizations: Booth space is free. Each booth representative pays the standard $375 registration fee.

Exhibit Space Reservation

To reserve an exhibit space, simply complete and return a registration form. Booths will be assigned in the order of registrations received. Because exhibit space is limited, payment must accompany your registration in order for space to be reserved. You will receive confirmation of your registration with a map and other general information.

Set Up: Monday, October 2 - 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Show Hours: 12:00pm, Monday - 5:00pm, Wednesday
Dismantle: Exhibitors may start dismantling after the last talk on Wednesday, and must be finished by 8pm that evening.

Corporate Sponsorship

Sponsorship Invitation: The SRI Steering Committee would like to extend an invitation to companies, agencies and organizations interested in sponsoring this conference. We anticipate outstanding attendance at this meeting, not only because of the quality of the sessions being planned, but also because our venue is located in Charlotte's Center City which offers great entertainment opportunities. Sponsorship funds will be targeted toward the breakfasts, luncheons and receptions.


Sponsorship commitment: $1500
All sponsors will be recognized in the following way: signage at the social, lunches and reception, logo and link on the conference website, and logo and acknowledgement in the Conference Proceedings booklet. In addition, the sponsor will get a complimentary exhibit space and registration for one attendee.

Please provide your full contact information including the name of the person that will be representing your company/agency's exhibit. Also, please email an electronic file of your logo, preferably in EPS format or high quality TIF or JPG.
