Exhibit Booth Rental Fees

Commercial booth space:
$500
- Includes registration fee for one representative.

Government agencies, university research, and non-profit organizations:
Booth space is free. Each booth representative pays the standard $195 registration fee.


Exhibit Space Reservation

To reserve a booth space, simply complete and return the registration form. Booths will be assigned in the order of registrations received. Because the exhibit space is limited, payment must accompany your registration in order for a booth to be reserved. You will receive confirmation of your registration with a map and other general information.

Set Up:

Monday, June 21 - 12:00pm to 5:00pm

Show Hours: 12:00pm June 21 - 5:00pm, June 24
Dismantle: Exhibitors may start dismantling after the last talk on Wednesday, and must be finished by 12pm on Thursday.

Floor Plan

The exhibit hall is located in the Garden Terrace of the Adam's Mark Hotel (see below). There are 40 spaces available. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6-ft. draped table, two chairs, and a wastepaper basket. We will place a sign at each table with your company/agency's name on it to let exhibitors know where to set up their booths. Please let us know if you require a space larger than 8X10. We will try to accomodate you with a space up to 10X10 maximum (very limited).
