Step Three: The process is essentially continued until the cribwall is equal to the height of the bank. The cribwall should be tapered and sloped so that it is even with the neighboring banks. Once the cuttings are all in place, the only remaining task is to hope that a large storm does not come through until the cuttings are well-rooted.
