Nitrogen Management
- Training
- People applying nitrogen, fertilizer or manure, to more than អ acres must register and attend a Nitrogen Management Training Course conducted by the NC Cooperative Extension Service by 8/1/99 and 8/1/03 respectively.
- Management Plans
- Those people who apply nitrogen, fertilizer or manure, to more than អ acres, and do not attend a NC CES training session, must develop and follow a Nitrogen Management Plan by 8/1/03.
