Extension Programs

The extension programs in the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering have evolved over time and continually change to educate people about agricultural and environmental issues of importance. These programs assist diverse audiences and include not only rural farm communities but youth and urban populations who's activities are increasingly affecting the environment.

The department offers a variety of programs and information to assist communities with the implementation of engineering practices that protect the environment and strengthen agricultural systems.
