Carolina 4-H Presentation Guidelines

Purpose/Objectives:
-
To learn the basic operating principles of a bicycle.
-
To learn how to repair and maintain a bicycle
-
To learn bicycle safety rules for the road.
Eligibility:
Individual or teams may compete.
Junior Division- 4-H'er must be 9 years of age prior to January
1 of the current year an not have reached their 14th birthday before January
1 of the current year.
Senior Division- 4-H'er must be 14 years of age prior to January
1 of current year and not have reached their 19th birthday before January
1 of current year.

Safety should be used when working with bicycles.
Judging:
1. Judges will review each presentation and complete a judge's score
sheet.
2. Judges will use their own discretion as to whether questions will
or will not be asked.
3. Judges decisions will be final.
