Grade Requirements for Membership Consideration

Juniors

Upper quarter of CALS Junior Class
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must have completed BAE 202, General Biology, and Statics

Senior

Upper third of CALS Senior Class
Minimum GPA of 2.75

Graduate

Must have completed at least 7 hours
Minimum GPA of 3.25

Definitions

Junior: 60-89 hours completed toward BS in a BAE degree
Senior: 90 + hours completed toward BS in a BAE degree

Transfer Students (from 1997 Bylaws)

Section 4. Transfer Students (non members of Alpha Epsilon)

Undergraduate and graduate students who have transferred from other colleges andUniversities, or other departments within the University and who meet all the other requirements for election to membership shall be eligible for election after completing one full year in residence in the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering.
