Dr. William F. "Bill" Hunt, III, Ph.D., PE, is actively involved with Best Management Pracitices (BMP) research in the Biological and Agricultural Engineering Department and is the leader of the Stormwater Research Group. Bill has been a lifelong Wolfpack fan and received his two B.S. (Civil Engineering and Economics) and one M.S. (Biological and Agricultural Engineering) degrees from NC State.  Bill received his Ph.D. from Penn State University in 2003.  The only topic Bill loves more than stormwater is Wolfpack sports.

Jon M."J-Hath" Hathaway is a member of the Stormwater Research Group who will be partially focusing on permeable pavement research.  Jon received both his B.S. (Civil Engineering) and M.S. (Biological and Agricultural Engineering) degrees from NC State. He is married to Amy Hathaway, a former member of the Stormwater Research Group who focused on Greenroofs. Jon and Amy aspire to own a house that has a Curve Number of 30.

 

Kelly A."KCQ" Collins is a recent graduate of the BAE master's progam at NCSU. She is working as a "Stormwater Graduate Assistant" until November, when she will then travel to South America for a few months of environmental volunteer work. Kelly attended Penn State University, where she received her B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering in 2005. Kelly has done well adjusting to North Carolina , although the heat is a bit rough. Despite her newfound affiliation for the south, Kelly still remains a philly fanatic.

Eban Z. "EZ" Bean received both his B.S. and M.S. from the Biological and Agricultural Engineering Department at NC State.  Eban is continuing his studies at the University of Florida . His research is continuing to focus on infiltration practices with an emphasis on Low-Impact Development (LID). Eban is nearly a living palindrome (hint: look at his last name).
